Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Server for mornings in our fine dining environment. You will deliver an elevated dining experience with attentive, knowledgeable service, greeting guests warmly from arrival to departure.

You will demonstrate menu expertise, offer precise wine and beverage pairings, and pour wine to high standards. You will collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure flawless service and uphold sanitation and presentation, while remaining polished and professional.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain alcohol service permits or certifications (e.g., ServSafe Alcohol).
• Must obtain and maintain food service certifications (e.g., ServSafe).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality, food and beverage.
• Knowledge of wine varietals, regions and service protocols.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Polished appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation in all service areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, guiding them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and changes.
• Offer wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic pairings and pour wine according to standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Execute fine dining service techniques and course pacing.
• Take and deliver orders with timing and coursing accuracy.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service flow.
• Maintain impeccable table maintenance, clearing and resetting as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, discreet service.
• Handle guest concerns with discretion and urgency.
