Proper Hospitality is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional, personalized food and beverage service in a refined, high-end dining setting. You will guide guests through the menu, explain wine and sake pairings, and ensure a seamless guest experience with professionalism and teamwork.

The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of beverages, and the ability to upsell while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency during peak service hours.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in fine dining, upscale hospitality, or tasting-menu service preferred.
• Strong wine knowledge required.
• Knowledge of sake styles, production, service, and food pairings strongly preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
