• Resolve guest concerns by finding a way to say yes, involving the Manager on Duty as needed.
• Anticipate and fulfill a wide range of Member and guest needs, both food and beverage and beyond.
• Execute proper steps of service, including table maintenance and resetting, with efficiency, speed, and grace.
