Responsibilities

• Guide Members and guests through their beverage experience with warm, attentive hospitality.
• Maintain command of the bar and menus, including spirits, wine, cocktails, ingredients, and allergens.
• Craft and execute cocktails, wine, and beverage selections with precision and presentation standards.
• Take Member and guest beverage and food orders, upsell when appropriate.
• Resolve guest concerns by saying yes, with Manager on Duty as needed.
• Anticipate and fulfill a wide range of Member and guest needs, both food and beverage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including inventory, rotation, and storage.
