Responsibilities

• Guide Members and guests through their meal with warm, attentive hospitality.
• Maintain complete command of culinary and beverage menus, including ingredients, sides, presentation, and allergens.
• Take Member and guest food and beverage orders, using salesmanship to make recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
• Resolve guest concerns by finding a way to say yes, involving the Manager on Duty as needed.
• Anticipate and fulfill a wide range of Member and guest needs, both food and beverage and beyond.
• Execute proper steps of service, including table maintenance and resetting, with efficiency, speed, and grace.
