Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide Members and guests through their meals with warm, attentive hospitality.
• Maintain full command of culinary and beverage menus, including ingredients, sides, presentation, and allergens.
• Take food and beverage orders and upsell when appropriate.
• Resolve guest concerns by saying yes where possible, involving management as needed.
• Anticipate and fulfill both food and beverage needs and other guest requests.
• Execute steps of service with efficiency, pace, and grace, and perform opening/closing duties and side work.
• Provide attentive, professional service to an assigned section and support coworkers as needed.
• Uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and appearance, championing CORE: New York values and hospitality.
