Qualifications

• Previous salaried management experience in fine dining preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead department-level restaurant operations and serve as a role model for company values and experiences.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude for guests and team members.
• Drive a culture of teamwork and collaborate with peers and leadership.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to store and corporate leadership to develop staff.
• Demonstrate leadership presence with shift management and operational oversight.
• Uphold company policies and procedures consistently.
• Manage controllable costs including labor, turnover, and food/bev costs to support profitability.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; perform other duties as needed.
