BOA Steakhouse Austin is hiring a Maître D’ to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional hospitality in a high-end setting. You will greet guests, manage reservations, seat guests, supervise hosts and servers, and coordinate dining room operations with the kitchen.

The role emphasizes a warm, professional atmosphere and a culture of excellence, with focus on guest satisfaction and smooth service flow.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant.
• Authentic hospitality mindset and guest-service focus.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Proficiency with OpenTable and POS systems.
• Flexible days, nights and weekends availability.
• Must have Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Training at hire.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
