Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fully staffed restaurant department and foster an inclusive environment.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Create memorable experiences for guests and engage with the community.
• Drive restaurant results through P&L management and sales initiatives.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to recipe and presented to high standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate facilities.
