• Manage your department’s P&L, develop initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, grow the guest count, and coach & train associates.
• Present quality food and drink by ensuring all menu items are prepared according to recipe and meet high presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices, maintaining immaculate facilities and showcasing a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.
