Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining setting.
• Strong hospitality standards and guest service orientation.
• Proficient with POS technology and restaurant software.
• Ability to train, coach, and manage front-of-house staff with a positive leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great guest service and hospitality standards through proven steps of service.
• Train and convey brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge.
• Promote a positive work environment by staffing appropriately and maintaining morale.
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and progressive coaching.
• Maintain relationships with leadership and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Support financial goals of the operation in collaboration with the General Manager.
