Qualifications

Five years of experience in management within fine dining hospitality.
Strong leadership and guest service focus.

Ability to drive revenue and cost controls.

Responsibilities

Direct and administer restaurant operations to deliver outstanding guest service and profitability.
Plan and direct all aspects of restaurant operations including service standards and budgeting.
Monitor team performance and provide supervision and professional development.
Maximize efficiency via technology systems and data analytics.
Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
Recruit, interview, and train team members; uphold service quality.
