Nbutexas in Mission, KS seeks a Fine Dining Manager to lead our chef-driven restaurant group that prioritizes a 100% from-scratch kitchen and exceptional service. You will oversee operations, training, deployment, and communication to build teamwork and deliver consistently high-quality dining experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of recent fine dining management in upscale settings, are adaptable to store locations within the city, and bring a hands-on, can-do attitude with strong coaching

• 2 years of recent experience as a Fine Dining Manager in an upscale restaurant
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years, with steady progression through career
• Operations-driven, passionate, open-minded, and hands-on
• Can-do attitude and personality is key - we value good service and understand good service is about serving one another
• Team adaptability to move between store locations within the city

• Builds teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication
• Coaches and holds self and team accountable through follow-through skills
