Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a polished, professional General Manager to lead our Ultra-luxury boutique hotel restaurant. The GM will report to the Hotel General Manager and be fully responsible for all restaurant operations, building an exceptional dining experience.

The role demands strong leadership, fine dining discipline, and a track record of managing upscale teams, with Relais & Chateaux or Forbes standards preferred. Excellent wine and spirit knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage upscale teams and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Fine Dining Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years as a restaurant manager in a fine dining establishment
• Boutique luxury hotel experience highly preferred
• Experience with Relais and Chateaux, Forbes, or Michelin standards preferred
• Excellent wine and spirit knowledge
• Experience with new restaurant openings preferred
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
