Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a polished, professional General Manager to lead our Ultra-luxury boutique hotel restaurant. The GM will report to the Hotel General Manager and be fully responsible for all restaurant operations, building an exceptional dining experience.

The role demands strong leadership, fine dining discipline, and a track record of managing upscale teams, with Relais & Chateaux or Forbes standards preferred. Excellent wine and spirit knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fine dining restaurant operation.
• Proven ability to manage upscale teams and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team with integrity and consistency.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and Hotel GM on operations.
• Maintain high service standards and excellence.
• Manage inventory and bar program to meet budget goals.
• Schedule staff to meet guest expectations and labor goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
