Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong guest service orientation with the ability to handle guest requests and issues.
• Fine dining exposure and basic knowledge of wine and spirits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create daily floor plans per shift to ensure correct station coverage.
• Supervise dining room service during operating hours.
• Conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance issues.
• Coordinate with Chef on food service and menu issues.
• Place orders and manage inventory using internal systems.
• Maintain clean, organized stocking areas and monitor freshness of food.
