MGM Resorts International is seeking an Assistant Manager for Carbone at ARIA, a high‑volume, fine‑dining Italian restaurant. You will lead daily operations, oversee service standards, and guide a team to deliver personalized, luxury guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of management in a fine-dining environment, familiarity with bargaining agreements, and knowledge of liquor/wine. This role includes weekend and holiday shifts, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant hospitality/restaurant management experience.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in high-volume, fine-dining outlet as a manager preferred.
• Experience with collective bargaining agreements preferred.
• Working knowledge of liquor, wine and/or spirits preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
• Supervise floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation.
• Perform employee evaluations and manage attendance-related issues.
• Maintain communication with the Chef on food service and menu issues.
• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff to fulfill guest needs.
• Order supplies through purchasing; prepare requisitions from outlets/warehouses.
• Keep inventory forms and stocking area updated.
• Inspect food from support departments to ensure freshness and quality.
• Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations.
