Partner with the General Manager to achieve business goals and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

21+ years of age.
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ Years of prior relevant experience required.
2-5 years fine dining experience preferred.
Demonstrates strong leadership and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory, guest service standards, and marketing execution.
Assist General Manager with HR responsibilities: hiring, coaching, recognition, and succession planning.
Collaborate with culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen-to-dining-room service.
Maintain health, sanitation and cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
