Job summary

Bourbon Steak at Mina Group in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house operations, mentor staff, and support the Kitchen and Dining Room teams under the General Manager and Executive Chef. The ideal candidate will drive guest satisfaction, training, and operational excellence in a high-end, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in a fine dining high volume restaurant, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Basic knowledge of Japanese products and sushi, especially Sake and Japanese Whiskey.
• Hospitality degree preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Stamina to work in excess of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical and analytical support to Kitchen and Dining Room Management.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to complete administrative tasks.
• Lead front of house operations in collaboration with GM and Executive Chef.
• Mentor staff and maintain high service standards in a 2-star Michelin setting.
