Job summary

San Vicente Clubs is seeking a friendly and professional Server to greet guests and provide exceptional guest service upon entry to our food and beverage outlets. The Server will work regular shifts but may be assigned additional shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities include taking accurate orders, entering them into the POS, delivering meals with care, answering menu questions, and upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must be Serve Safe certified.
• Must be Tips Certified.
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or fine dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders accurately.
• Enters orders in the POS system.
• Delivers orders in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answers questions regarding the menus accurately.
• Utilizes selling techniques to upsell.
• Handles financial transactions and closes guest checks.
• Maintains organized, clean work area.
• Communicates with incoming/prior shift on outstanding tables.
• Reports damages or equipment issues to manager.
