Job summary

Bern's Steak House in Tampa, FL is seeking a professional pastry assistant to prep, cook and plate all menu items according to our standards. You will work production shifts as well as line/plating shifts in a high-volume fine dining environment.

The role requires flexibility to cover weekends, days, late nights and holidays, with a focus on plating accuracy, speed and guest-facing station professionalism. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

• Maintain cleanliness of station throughout the entire shift
• Maintain safety standards at all times
