Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality in Tampa is seeking an experienced bartender to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced venue. You will prepare beverages, take orders, and ensure guests' experiences meet brand standards.

Training includes Tao Group Hospitality in-venue bartender training; you’ll work with a knowledgeable team to maintain bar standards, handle POS transactions, and uphold health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartender experience or equivalent Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience.
• Experience in fine dining and high-volume venues preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and wine varietals.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate guest needs with professional service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest items.
• Enter orders into POS and handle payments properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and surrounding areas.
• Follow health, sanitation, and alcohol rules.
• Set up bar stations and complete opening/closing duties.
