Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality in venues across the city seeks an experienced bartender. You will prepare beverages, take orders, and provide polished service to bar and lounge guests.

You will maintain knowledge of cocktails, train with Tao Group standards, handle POS and payments, and work a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a team.

This role requires at least 3 years bartending experience, strong customer service, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years bartender experience.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Basic familiarity with wine varietals.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
• Provide professional and exceptional service.
• Present menus and answer questions about all items.
• Inform guests of specials and prices.
• Accurately enter all orders into the POS system and process payments.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests at the bar and lounge.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Follow supervisor instructions and support co-workers.
