Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years server experience in a Tao Group Hospitality environment.
• 2+ years of food and beverage experience in high-volume settings.
• Experience with banquets or events in fine dining or upscale venues.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Basic familiarity with wine varietals and classic regions.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate guests' needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and venue.
• Direct event staff and oversee event operations.
• Provide professional and exceptional service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest items.
• Inform guests of specials with prices.
• Solicit allergy or dietary restrictions from guests.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately.
• Ensure delivery of all food and beverages to guests.
• Follow supervisor's instructions and support coworkers.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and Tao Group Hospitality.
• Serve beverages per state regulations and training.
• Comply with health and sanitation standards.
• Work as a team and assist colleagues as needed.
• Complete end-of-shift financial procedures.
• Communicate guest needs to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House teams.
