Job summary

Tao Group is seeking a part-time bartender to prepare beverages, take orders, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced venue in New York. You will interact with guests and staff, present menus, and ensure accurate orders and payments. Knowledge of classic cocktails and wine is preferred.

Training through Tao Group Hospitality is provided. Minimum 2 years bartender and 2 years F&B experience required; ability to work extended hours, including weekends, in a high-energy setting is

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartender experience required
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience required
• Experience in a high-volume venue is required
• Knowledge of classic cocktails is required
• Familiarity with wine varietals is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests and venue servers, take orders, and provide complete service
• Interact with guests, team members, and supervisors to ensure hospitality
• Present menus and make recommendations for all items
• Enter orders into POS accurately and follow cash/payment procedures
• Ensure timely delivery of drinks and maintain cleanliness of bar area
• Follow health and safety standards and company sanitation guidelines
• Communicate guest needs to front-of-house and kitchen staff
