Job summary

TAO Group is seeking part-time bartenders to prepare beverages, take orders, and deliver complete bar and dining service. You will interact with guests, team members, and supervisors to ensure gracious hospitality and accurate order entry.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years bartender experience, experience in a high-volume venue, knowledge of classic cocktails, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a nightclub/lounge setting. Training provided by TAO Group Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartender experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Basic familiarity with wine varietals and classic regions.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
• Provides professional and exceptional service.
• Presents menus, answers questions, and makes suggestions for all food and beverage items.
• Inform guests of all food and beverage specials, with prices.
• Enter all orders into the POS system accurately and follow proper cash/payment card procedures.
• Ensure the delivery of all food and beverage to guests at the bar and lounge.
