Eddie Merlot's in Indianapolis is seeking a driven Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prep high‑quality dishes, operate grills, broilers, fryers, and oven equipment, and adhere to our recipes, portions, and sanitation standards.

You'll work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment, collaborating with fellow cooks and supervisors to deliver consistent, outstanding meals while protecting food safety and quality at every step.

Formación

• 1+ year of line cook experience preferred.
• Experience operating grills, broilers, fryers, ovens and range equipment.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Willingness to multitask and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team-oriented with reliable work ethic and punctuality.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and plate high-quality dishes according to Eddie Merlot’s recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain clean, sanitary work stations.
• Operate kitchen equipment (grills, broilers, fryers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Ensure proper portioning, timing, and temperature control.
• Assist with daily prep, food storage, and inventory as needed.
• Support team, communicate with chefs, and participate in trainings.
