Eddie Merlot's is seeking a Prep Chef to support our kitchen team in Bloomfield Hills, MI. You will assist Line Cooks and Pantry with food preparation, keep the prep area clean and sanitary, and handle knives and kitchen equipment as needed.

The role is Non-Exempt and part of Eddie Merlot's dining program; you will contribute to consistent quality and timely service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in prep cooking and kitchen mise en place.
• Ability to maintain sanitary prep areas.
• Comfort with knives and safe knife skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation.
• Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer.
• Handle knives and operate kitchen equipment as required.
