Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Passion for creative comfort food and familiarity with bar classics a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of all menu items in the restaurant, banquets, private parties.
• Ensures a quality product is delivered at all times.
• Maintain required food handlers certification and follows all federal, state and local sanitation codes.
• Sustain and maintain a clean sanitary station.
• Follow directions from Executive Chef and Sous Chef with accuracy.
