Responsibilities

• Prepare and garnish foods according to recipes and plating diagrams.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with Health Department guidelines.
• Stock and manage food at the station to ensure smooth service.
• Follow production schedule and ensure proper temperature control.
• Assist Chefs and Pantry in preparing all food items.
