Job summary

LEV Restaurant Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, cook, and garnish high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, fine-dining kitchen. You will follow set recipes, maintain station cleanliness, and support Chefs to ensure timely, plate-perfect service.

Candidate must have 6 months to 2 years cooking experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to stand for long periods. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of cooking experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and garnish foods according to recipes and plating diagrams.
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstation and equipment.
• Stock and rotate food products; manage inventory at station.
• Follow safety regulations and be compliant with Health Department guidelines.
• Assist Chefs, Cooks & Pantry in preparing items to standard.
