LEV Restaurant Group in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Line Cook to prepare, cook, and garnish a variety of dishes in a fast-paced, fine dining setting. You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure top-quality plating while supporting the kitchen team.

The role requires 6 months to 2 years of cooking experience, a valid Southern Nevada Health District Health Card, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position based in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of cooking experience in a kitchen.
• Southern Nevada Health District Health Card required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and garnish foods according to set recipes and plating diagrams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work station and equipment.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at the station.
• Follow production schedule and adhere to quality standards for hot and cold prep.
• Ensure proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
