Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 2 years cooking experience.
• Previous Line Cook experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Southern Nevada Health District Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and garnish foods according to recipes and plating diagrams.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with Clark County Health Department standards.
• Stock and maintain appropriate levels of ingredients at the line.
• Follow production schedules and ensure consistent plating.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff as needed.
