GetHired, Inc. seeks a Cook to join our resort's fine dining kitchen, reporting to Sous Chef & Executive Chef.

You will prepare meats, fish, vegetables and other foods to resort specifications in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, delivering consistent quality and guest satisfaction. The role requires 2–4 years in a high-volume hotel or resort kitchen, ability to multitask, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years progressive experience in a high-volume hotel or resort kitchen with fine dining focus.
• Technical culinary education or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods to resort specifications in a high-volume kitchen.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain proper temperatures and sanitary kitchen standards.
• Plate items according to orders and company specs.
• Assist with inventory, safety, and teamwork to ensure guest satisfaction.
