Legends Hospitality, LLC is hiring a Line Cook to deliver quick, high-quality service in our fine dining environment. You will follow the kitchen leadership's guidance for opening, closing, and food prep, while ensuring proper temperatures and sanitation.

Qualified applicants have 18+ years. Culinary training or strong line experience in high-volume dining is preferred, with the ability to multitask, read/write English, and work events at Prudential Center.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Culinary education or fast-paced high-volume fine dining experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with coworkers to ensure service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food/beverage prep, service standards, etiquette.
• Able to multitask in a fast paced, team setting.
• Must read, speak and write English.
• Able to lift/push items up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Able to work Prudential Center events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Mobility to perform production tasks with reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, pulling.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
• Three years in a fast-paced high-end club/restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and efficient service in a fine dining setting.
• Follow openings/closings and food prep guidance from supervisors.
• Prepare items per portion sizes and quality standards.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and sanitation.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and safe.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness including shelves, walls, floors and drains.
• Be a team player with duties in prep, service and delivery.
• Maintain sanitation for dining and cookware.
• Handle and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform guidelines.
