Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Line Cook to provide quick and efficient service in a fine dining setting. The role supports the Executive/Sous Chef with opening and closing procedures and food preparation, while upholding sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate will have culinary training or high-volume experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, including events at Prudential Center.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Culinary education or high-volume fine dining experience preferred.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Three years in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
• Able to work all Prudential Center events (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor assignments for opening and closing procedures.
• Prepare food items by complying with portion size and quality standards.
• Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained.
• Maintain sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Keep kitchen clean (shelves, walls, floors, drains).
• Work as a team to deliver excellent service and product delivery.
• Maintain appearance and uniform standards.
