Job summary

Legends is seeking a Line Cook to provide quick, high-quality service in a fine dining environment. You will work under the Executive Chef and Kitchen Supervisors, following procedures, maintaining safety and sanitation, and contributing to a top-notch guest experience.

The ideal candidate has culinary training or fast-paced high-volume experience, can read, speak and write in English, and is able to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours, nights and weekends at Prudential Center events.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to assure service standards.
• Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Culinary training or fast-paced high-volume fine dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and efficient service in a fine dining setting.
• Follow Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Supervisor assignments for opening/closing procedures.
• Prepare food items with proper portion sizes and quality standards.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and sanitation of work areas.
• Work as a team to ensure excellent service and delivery of products.
