Job summary

Bourbon & Bones Lounge – Square One Concepts, is seeking a professional and experienced Host to join the team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while also managing reservations and seating guests in a timely and efficient manner.

This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• Experience as a host/hostess in fine dining preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Proficient with POS systems and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort to their table.
• Manage reservations and seating times.
• Answer phone inquiries and guest requests.
• Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate wait times.
• Assist servers and bussers to keep turnover smooth.
• Monitor dining room to ensure guest comfort.
• Provide menu information and promote specials.
