Job summary

Bourbon & Bones Lounge – Square One Concepts, Inc. is seeking a professional and experienced Server Assistant to join the team. You will work with servers to deliver exceptional service, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, assisting with food and beverage service, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. A focus on health/safety compliance and guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and remain composed.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to operate POS systems and assist with food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with serving team to deliver excellent service to guests.
• Set up and prep dining areas before/after service with clean linens and polished silverware.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and help reset tables efficiently.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables with accuracy.
• Help store and handle food/beverage items and replenish supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and clear communication between front and back of house.
• Stay informed about menu offerings, specials, and wine selections.
