Job summary

Bourbon & Bones Lounge - Square One Concepts, Inc. invites a skilled Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations. You will oversee menu execution, staff supervision, and inventory control to uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, culinary excellence, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced dining environment. Flexible hours, and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a managerial position and 1 year as Sous Chef in fine dining.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Must hold a valid Food Handlers Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef in seasonal menu development and execution.
• Oversee kitchen staff and ensure high quality, consistent dishes.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and audits.
• Ensure strict food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure seamless service.
• Hire and train kitchen staff; provide coaching for growth.
