Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts seeks a skilled Host to deliver exceptional guest service in our restaurant. You will greet guests, seat them, answer calls, manage reservations, explain dining concepts, and maintain a polished dining room environment to enhance the guest experience.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure timely seating, uphold hygiene standards, and support smooth service flow during peak times and events.

Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge required.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to engage guests, solve problems and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine service standards in line with hotel policies and laws.
• Prepare for health department and Ecosure inspections.
• Answer phones, manage reservations and seating per SOP.
• Keep host stand and guest entrance organized and clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant spaces (FOH/BOH) and furniture.
• Provide warm, personalized service and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Stay informed about hotel offerings and local surroundings for guest recommendations.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and follow leadership instructions.
