Responsibilities

• Seat guests and manage reservations according to SOP.
• Answer phones and guide guests to seating.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby.
• Provide warm, personalized service to guests throughout their visit.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Report needs for housekeeping or maintenance.
• Assist with daily stand-up meetings and event orders.
• Uphold Omni brand appearance and professional demeanor.
