Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is seeking an attentive Host to deliver exceptional guest service in our fine dining setting. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and seat diners while upholding high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

The role requires knowledge of food and beverage operations, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on food & beverage knowledge within hospitality.
• Minimum of relevant host experience in a fine dining setting preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends & holidays.
• Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, proactive demeanor.
• Ability to engage guests at all levels with warm, personalized service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must report to work on time and maintain professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and ensure compliance with hotel standards and laws.
• Prepare for health department and inspection requirements.
• Answer phones, manage reservations and seating, greet guests and explain concepts.
• Assist in organization of host stand and guest entrance; ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and hotel offerings.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and support restaurant events.
