Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: maintain the highest standards of service quality for an exceptional dining experience.
• Financial Management: develop and manage budgets, monitor costs, and maximize revenue and profitability.
• Staff Training: implement and oversee training programs for front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Menu Development: collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and update menus to meet guest expectations.
• Quality Control: ensure food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction meet standards.
• Vendor Relations: build relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
