You will lead a sophisticated operation where hospitality and culinary execution drive every service and shape guest experience that keeps tables full and reviews glowing.

You’ll oversee front- and back-of-house operations, recruit and mentor staff, and collaborate with the executive chef to ensure flawless service.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in fine dining or upscale full-service restaurant.
• Strong P&L acumen with revenue growth in high-volume settings.
• Passion for hospitality with attention to guest detail and comfort.
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems, inventory software, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations during service and off-hours.
• Recruit, train, and inspire front- and back-of-house staff.
• Maintain service standards, plate presentation, and guest satisfaction at the highest level.
• Manage P&L, inventory, food costs, and profitability metrics.
• Coordinate with executive chef and kitchen leadership on execution.
