Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Strong leadership over servers, hosts, and bar staff.
• Ability to manage seating, table turns, service pacing, and dining room flow while maintaining a polished guest experience.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer service.
• Coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure accurate orders and timely execution.
• Calm, decisive leadership during peak service and bottlenecks.
• Experience training, coaching, and holding teams to elevated service standards.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to health, sanitation, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dining room floor during peak hours.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor seating, pacing, and dining room flow to maintain a polished guest experience.
• Coach and develop front-of-house staff for elevated service.
