Ten Five Hospitality is launching The Oak Room in Georgetown, Washington DC, seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead all restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will build a high-performing, engaged team, drive strong financial results, and foster a culture of accountability and pride in the work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in management within fine dining/hospitality, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a management role in fine dining hospitality/nightlife/bars.
• Strong background in hospitality, food and beverage, and morale/culture.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think proactively, multi-task, and drive results.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer activities of the restaurant to deliver outstanding guest service and profitability.
• Plan and direct all aspects of operations including guest service standards, quality, cost controls and budgeting.
• Monitor team performance, provide supervision and professional development, and recognize performance.
• Leverage technology systems (Resy, Micros, Excel) to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards are met.
• Recruit, interview and train team members; model high standards and guest focus.
