The ideal candidate is 21+, has 2+ years of cocktail serving experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and works well in a team. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Cocktail server with at least 2 years of cocktail serving experience.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Ability to handle intoxicated guests safely.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and acknowledge celebrations.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipate needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned stations and venue.
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest food and beverages.
• Coordinate with bartenders for timely, accurate drink service.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and handle payments.
• Possess thorough knowledge of all served products and upsell when appropriate.
• Follow health codes, dress code, and serving standards.
• Check IDs to verify drinking age.
• All other duties as assigned.
