Akri USA in New York is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to uphold the Tenshou standard across all units. You will be responsible for the complete guest experience, team performance, and the financial integrity of your location.

You will lead operations, manage labor and costs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. A strong English communication background and knowledge of Japanese culinary culture are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years progressive hospitality leadership experience; 2+ years as GM of a fine dining or luxury concept.
• Demonstrated P&L management and labor cost control.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English; Japanese language a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the full guest experience from reservations through farewell.
• Lead pre-service briefings and align team on KPIs and focus goals.
• Oversee daily opening/closing procedures and ensure standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination with culinary leadership.
• Monitor labor, COGS, and revenue; report weekly to COO.
