Join us to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with passionate professionals, and help build a premier hospitality brand from the ground up.

Your Role
At TENSHOU COLLECTION, the Assistant General Manager is the GM’s trusted second-in-command and a future GM candidate. • Prepare and present weekly reporting — sales performance, reservation trends, and operational insights — for GM review and Japan partner sharing.

  • Act as GM deputy in their absence — maintain full operational continuity and uphold service standards across all unit locations.

  • Collaborate with partner restaurants in Japan to support budgeting, performance management, and strategic planning.

  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives; present proposals to GM and drive implementation of approved changes.
